It takes people, a lot of people, to work together to live out our mission. Membership to the Spina Bifida Association of Iowa is open to all who are interested in supporting our mission.
The Mission of the Spina Bifida Association of Iowa is to promote the prevention of spina bifida and to enhance the lives of all affected.
Individuals and families interested in receiving information from us are encouraged to join us by completing our “New Member Form” and mailing it to us. We will email you quarterly newsletters and send occasional emails about events and opportunities. Hard copies can be requested on your membership form. Current members can update their records by contacting us by phone, email or mail.
You are welcome to donate at any time, but we would like to encourage member donations through our Walk-n-Roll for Spina Bifida® in October. If you did not participate in October but would still like to, please send a check to our office or donate now.
Our SBAI Assistance Program is designed to better serve individuals diagnosed with spina bifida. Membership to the SBAI Assistance Programs requires filling out a more detailed member form annually and mailing it to us. To request assistance, please complete this form and mail it in with the documents requested in the SBAI Assistance Programs.
